* If you are unable to make an appointment please ring and let us know, preferably the day before, but on the day is fine also. Everyone has things that crop up out of the blue and we are very understanding. At least if you let us know we can rearrange your appointment and offer your cancelled treatment time to another client.
*Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments at the last minute will be asked for a deposit when future bookings are made. Our booking system records how many cancellations a client has.
* If you fail to turn up for an appointment we will ring you to remind you that you had an appointment. A second ‘No Show’ may result in you being asked for a deposit when you book a future appointment. ‘No Shows’ are very annoying especially at peak times when we very often have a wait list. So please rather than not show up for an appointment, ring and cancel it.
* Please let us know if you need to bring a baby or child along to your
appointment. Children are not insured in the clinic so brining them in is entirely at your own risk and they must be supervised at all times by their parent and we kindly request that they do not run around, shout or jump on the furniture! If this happens then you will be asked to remove them from the clinic. Please respect the fact that we have other clients in having relaxing treatments.
* Please turn your mobile phone off or put it on silent when you are in the clinic. Again other clients are having treatments and do not want to be disturbed by someones mobile phone.
* We carry out full consultations to ensure that the treatments we recommend are suited to your requirements. The clinic will not be held responsible for problems that the client may encounter if they have not disclosed any information that may affect treatments and also if they do not adhere to aftercare advised for treatments.
* If you are unhappy with a treatment for any reason please let us know within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you don’t tell us we can’t do anything about it so we appreciate your feedback. Remember even if we are closed you can either email us or leave a message on the answerphone.
* The Therapists have the right to refuse to treat a client if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or are being abusive or rude!
