Busy, busy, busy…. thank you everyone for your continued loyalty and apologies for those clients who have had problems with our ‘answering service’. Due to staff shortage we have been using a telephone answering service when all the therapists are treating clients. This service makes life a lot easier for us, you call.. leave a message with them.. they email us the details… then when a therapist is free they check the email and return calls!! No more listening to answerphone messages! Of course when we are really busy there may be a delay in us returning your call, but please be patient we will return your call as soon as we can!
