After much research we have found a micro-dermabrasion treatment that doesn’t scratch the skin! Through the use of perfectly round glass micro-spheres, our CACI ChromaClear machine uses a Microdermo Percussion method to stimulate the skin tissue, through a gentle tapping action, achieving a very effective exfoliation leaving the skin feeling velvety soft. The main aim of micro-dermabrasion is to help speed up the turnover of the skin cells reversing the effects of time and earlier damages, smoothing out skin texture and evening out blotchy coloration. Natural collagen production is stimulated leading to a firmer more youthful skin. The treatment also uses Chromatherapy, a therapy that uses colour and light (blue and red) to heal and re-generate the skin.
Micro-dermabrasion in clinical trials has been very effective for the reduction of acne scarring, pigmentation and stretch marks. To achieve the best results courses of 5 to 10 treatments are required depending on the severity of the condition, some people may require more treatments in severe cases.
